- A dedicated, experienced event manager, whose role is to work with event planners and promoters to ensure that events on Mt Buller are well planned and delivered. The event manager works across all resort departments, and can assist in areas such as access to State Government funding and communications with essential service providers. Specifically:
- Preliminary event planning;
- Providing access to resort photography and film library;
- Putting you in touch with local service providers;
- Assisting with relevant approvals, permits, notifications and license applications;
- Information on booking and making use of resort infrastructure and facilities;
- Advice on environmental considerations; and
- General event planning.
- A dedicated sales manager, who will work with you to price and sell accommodation, packages, ticketing and registrations. The sales manager will help to liaise with on mountain operators and organize a dedicated booking service.
- Locating the most suitable venues for your group;
- Organising / Facilitating site inspections and resort familiarisations;
- Arranging a one-stop booking service;
- Providing promotional resort collateral and DVDs;
- Suggesting pre and post touring routes;
- Advice on transport and logistics;

- Assistance with delegate boosting, pre and post touring options, social programs, incentives, team-building and partners' program;
- Provision of promotional materials, maps and welcome kits; and
- Suggestions for sourcing corporate gifts.
- In addition Mt Buller has a range of staff and facilities to assist in the promotion and delivery of events. These include marketing support, access to plant and infrastructure. guest and stakeholder communications and assistance with local media support.
