When choosing your accommodation at Mt Buller you have a choice between Mt Buller’s preferred network of Ski Guarantee properties and those that are non-Ski Guarantee properties.
The Mt Buller Ski Guarantee is a way for us to give you peace of mind when pre-booking your dream snow holiday. When you book a Ski Guarantee package, you’ll get your money back if there’s no snow. It’s that simple. Provided by Buller Ski Lifts and participating accommodation houses, a Ski Guarantee package gives you a money-back guarantee on all pre-paid accommodation, lift ticket and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents our Ski Guarantee lifts from operating within three days of your scheduled arrival date. The Ski Guarantee covers a wide range of beginner and intermediate ski areas.
