No snow - get your money back
All of the businesses featuring the Snow Guarantee logo will give you your money back if there's no snow. It's that simple.
That includes a money-back guarantee on all pre-paid accommodation (at participating properties), lift ticket and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents our Ski Guarantee lifts from operating within three days of your scheduled arrival date.
The lifts covered by the Guarantee are:
- Blue Bullet quad chair
- Holden Express Chairlift
And two of the following:
- Chamois double chair
- Shakey Knees quad chair
- Koflers T-bar
- Summit quad chair
- Wombat quad chair

Please note that not all accommodation providers participate in the Ski Guarantee, and the following exclusions may apply: Lift closure due to weather; mechanical breakdowns or equipment failure; retail tickets purchased from mountain sales office; Booking fees or commissions payable.
