NEW RFID PASSES FOR WINTER 2012
This winter your pass is different. It's your ticket to ride and so much more. Thanks to RFID chip-enabled technology, which we have named B-TAG, your pass is more secure and holds useful information to save you time and hassle and get you on the slopes faster.
You can pre-load your B-TAG online before you leave home. You can register your information for Ski & Snowboard School once and it's done; no more extra forms or waiting in line while someone else gets fresh tracks. Simply swipe your pass at any of our food outlets for automatic discounts and head straight on through the lift line with automated access control. Simply choose the pass that suits you and get out there and enjoy more of the mountain this winter!
EARLY BIRD SAVINGS
EARLY BIRD SEASON: Enjoy a discount on the standard winter season pass rates from December 26 through to March 31st 2012 with Early Bird prices.
WINTER SEASON: From April 1, 2012, Mt Buller's season passes are priced at the full winter rates.
MT BULLER'S 2012 SEASON PASSES
2012 Mid-Week Pass
The Mid Week Pass is your ticket to hassle-free skiing and riding all winter. Enjoy unlimited time on the slopes all week long, all winter, free from the bustle of the weekends and savour considerable savings with the new Mid Week Pass. The Mid Week Pass is valid Monday-Friday all 2012 snow season for unlimited skiing and boarding.
Mid-Week pass holders that wish to ski any Saturday or Sunday during winter 2012 are able to purchase specially discounted $80 day tickets to give added flexibility to this pass. These discounted tickets will be available online, and via the Mt Buller ticket office for these pass holders.
2012 Ten-Day Flexi-Pass
The Ten-day Flexi Pass is your ticket to flexibility and savings at your favourite mountain. Pick ten days and benefit from the savings and convenience of a pre-purchased pass. The Ten-Day Flexi Pass can be used on weekends*, mid-week or whenever the fresh snow falls and the slopes are calling! Skip the queues and get straight on the slopes with your pre-approved pass.
*Please note this pass is not valid for riding Saturdays in July and August.
Flexi-pass holders that wish to ski on a Saturday during the peak July-August season are able to purchase specially discounted $80 day tickets to give added flexibility to this pass. These discounted tickets will be available online, and via the Mt Buller ticket office for these pass holders.
2012 PLATINUM PASS
The Platinum Pass is your access all areas pass for the dedicated Mt Buller skier or snowboarder. No conditions. No blackout dates. No limits. All season. Winter 2012 at Mt Buller is all about more lifts, more snowmaking and more mountain for you to enjoy. This is your pass.
PLATINUM PASS BENEFITS
As a Platinum Pass holder you also automatically receive the following additional discounts and benefits:
a) Adult Platinum Pass Holders are entitled to $200, Tertiary $100 and Children $50 of stored value on their Season Pass, to be redeemed at any Buller Ski Lifts food and beverage outlet including ABOM Restaurant and Bar, Cattleman’s Café, Apres Bar, Tirol Café, Spurs and the Black Cockatoo Restaurant and Buller Ski Lifts retail outlets including Buller Sports Mansfield, Chalet, Ski School, Central, Freeride and Altitude Melbourne and Mt Buller.
b) 10% discount* at all Buller Sports rental and retail outlets including Buller Sports Mansfield, Chalet, Ski & Snowboard School, Central, Freeride and Altitude Melbourne and Mt Buller.
c) 10% discount* when dining at the ABOM restaurant and bar, Cattleman’s Café, Apres Bar, Tirol Café, Spurs and the Black Cockatoo Restaurant.

g) The Mt Buller and Mt Stirling Alpine Resort Management Board is pleased to extend a discount on season Vehicle Entry Passes to early purchasers of the Platinum Season Lift Pass. The first 150 people to purchase a Platinum Season Lift Pass during the Mt Buller Christmas Season Pass discount period are eligible to receive a 10% discount on a Season Vehicle Entry Pass valid for selected vehicle pass types. Conditions apply.
Note: Vehicle entry pass applications open 1 February 2012. Normal vehicle entry pass approval conditions apply. Proof of purchase for platinum pass must be presented at time of application. What Season Pass is suitable for you?
Not sure which is the right pass for you? Our range of season pass options are listed below.
- 2012 Adult Season Pass - valid for those aged 18 to 64 years.
- 2012 Kids' Season Pass - valid for kids right up to Year 12. Full-time secondary students to Year 12 are able to ski/board at children's prices with valid ID proving student is full-time at a secondary college or TAFE.
- 2012 Tertiary - Valid tertiary ID is required to prove full-time enrolled status at a recognised Australian tertiary institution. This offer is also available to Full time enrolled TAFE students aged over 18 years.
- 2012 Over 65 - valid for those aged from 65 to 70 years
- 2012 Over 70 - valid for those aged over 70 (an administration fee is applicable)
HOW DO I PURCHASE A SEASON PASS?
2012 Season Passes will be available for sale from Mid November, 2011. Enjoy an Early Bird 10% discount from now until March 31, and therafter full rates apply through winter 2012.
