FINAL DAY DONATION TO HOSPITAL

04 October 2017

Buller Ski Lifts will donate the profits of the final day of the snow season to the Mansfield District Hospital.

Mt Buller has enjoyed an excellent snow season with an early opening followed by bumper snowfalls in August and September.  The excellent snow conditions have boosted visitor numbers to the resort and the local area this winter and the deep late season snow cover prompted the resort to extend the season by an additional week, now closing on Sunday 8 October.

Buller Ski Lifts decided to celebrate the extended season with a special donation of the final day lift pass profits to the Mansfield District hospital.

General Manager Laurie Blampied explains, “Our local hospital relies on donations from the public for upgrades and capital improvements.  As a local company with a significant role in our regional community Buller Ski Lifts is pleased to be able to make this contribution to our town and our people.”

“I would urge locals and anyone in the surrounding area to join us for the final day of celebrations on the slopes this Sunday and to make the most of the superb spring snow conditions knowing the cost of all tickets will go directly into helping our community and our hospital.”

Buller Ski Lifts has discounted the prices of lift passes by 40% at just $79 for adults and $46 for children including a B-TAG ($5 less if you  already have one) through to Year 12 and Mt Buller & Mt Stirling resort entry is also reduced by 40% to $27 for the final week of the snow season if bought online ($30 at the gate)  with no charge for overnight parking.
