We need staff who are available from early June until late September and can provide our guests with a great mountain experience all day, every day. You need to be hard working, a team player, and have great customer service skills. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to meet new friends, get out on the slopes, and experience life in our unique resort.
In our diverse business enables can choose from a range of positions, both indoor and outdoor, in the areas of hospitality, lift operations, ski & snowboard school, ticket sales, childcare and retail. Most positions are seasonal and hours vary depending on the snow conditions and seasonal demand.

Applications for all our positions will close on April 10th, (excluding 2008 instructor tra
ining clinic) and if you are required to attend an interview you will be notified by Friday April 16th. Only those applicants who have been successful will be notified. Interviews will be held at Mt Buller on April 28 and 29, in Adelaide April 21 and 22 and in Melbourne from April 17 to 19. Successful applicants will be required to attend a training weekend prior to the commencement of the season, either in late May or early June, depending on which department you are working in.

BSL provides affordable, subsidized housing – both on-mountain and off- for the majority of our full-time, seasonal staff and also operates a complimentary staff bus service between Mansfield and Mt Buller during the ski season for the exclusive use of company staff.

The BSL enterprise agreement covers seasonal employees of BSL at Mt Buller, and we believe we offer some of the best pay rates and benefits in the industry. We offer our staff a generou
s range of benefits, which include skiing privileges as well as discounts on goods and services. Mt Buller leads the industry in its involvement in traineeships, and eligible staff from lift operations, tickets, childcare, retail, ski hire and the ski & snowboard school will be offered the opportunity to participate in nationally recognised traineeship programs.
In general all overseas applicant must hold a current work visa for Australia to be eligible to apply for a position. We are able to offer sponsorship for the specialised areas of Qualified Ski & Snowboard Instructors, Qualified Ski Technicians only.
