Complete the course and for $20 you can become a member of the new Buller Crew and be eligible for a wide range of discounts in the resort, join in the exclusive Buller Crew events (ski/board races, sports nights, movie nights and bbq's) and be eligible for 'Employee of the Week' prizes.

New employees in the resorts can participate in a FREE 2 hour staff training workshop including a Resort Famil Tour and Customer Service Workshop. The aim of the session is have all staff having fun and providing a service to our guests which exceeds expectations and promotes a passion for the resort.

Welcome back to Mountain Host for the 2008 winter season. As a previous employee in the resort you can simply complete, and pass, the following questionnaire to become of member of the Buller Crew.

The following questions are to ensure you are aware of any changes and updates in the resort that have occurred during the summer and to help you to provide our guests with the best possible mountain experience.

NOTE - to be eligible to participate in the Mountain Host program you need to be able to provide evidence on request that you are -

• Employed by a member of the Chamber of Commerce; and/or
• An employee of a business that is operate year round on Mt Buller; and/or
• An employee of a business with a minimum of 5 employees; and/or
• An employee of a tourism business that is based in the Mansfield Shire area.

• once you start you need to complete all questions and submit your work
• you cannot go BACK through the questions you will be returned to the beginning
