Terms and conditions - Weekly CompetiTon and Vertical challenge
- The promoter is Buller Ski Lifts Pty Ltd ABN 25 153 985 829 of Level 27, Rialto North Tower, 525 Collins Street VIC 3000
- The promotion commences at 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 1 June 2022, and closes at 12pm AEST on 3 October 2022.
- To enter the competition, entrants must have downloaded the Mt Buller Live App, have an account and tracked their runs with a valid email address and mobile phone number on file during the Promotion Period.
- Employees of Buller Ski Lifts and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. You must have a paid lift pass or season membership attached to the account that has entered into the competition to have a valid entry.
- No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, are incomplete, or submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date will be declared void.
- Buller Ski Lifts and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Buller Ski Lifts, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Buller Ski Lifts reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or entrant who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE
- One winner will be picked at random from those who have tracked their runs on the Mt Buller Live App in the promotional periods noted below by Buller Ski Lifts weekly on Monday.
- The prize is a $100 snow dough that will be applied to the account of the winner. The prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The winners will be advised by Buller Ski Lifts via email. We reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.
