HOTEL FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION/RESERVATIONS
Arlberg Hotel on Mount Buller is looking for somene to complete our team in the Front Office if you have good time management and are looking for Hotel Front Office variety or want to expand your hotel skills this could be the role for you.
- As the first point of contact at the hotel, you will have excellent grooming, outstanding customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Experience with computer reservations systems, accommodation inquiries, OTA's & wholesaler's is a preferred.
- Accurate cash balancing, data entry, sound knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/email systems along with excellent attention to detail are essential.
- Applicants must be very organised in this busy role, be able to multi-task, have a "can do" positive attitude and able to keep calm and composed under all situations.
- This is a vital role. You will be required to liaise with other departments and directly with the management team.
- Employment commencement beg June. Working hours 42-45 hours over a 6 day week.
Applicants must be available for the entire winter ski season. Full Time position ewith above Award wages, including overtime and wekend penalties, superannuation, and pro rata holiday pay at end of season paid. Discounted on mountain, in house share staff accommodation with all meals available.
