ARLBERG HOTEL MT. BULLER
Arlberg Hotel on the side of the main ski run Bourke Street is seeking a number of qualified and experienced Chefs and Cooks to fill various positions for the 2021 snow season. These positions play a significant role in catering for our Guests both in house and walk in to our busy Hotel. Applicants must work as part of a team with a high focus on preparing, producing and serving food to an exceptional standard.
Chefs and cooks will need to align their experiences and skills with the different offerings ranging from family dining a la carte for dinner to a busy lunch spot and hot breakfast, a la carte, for our in house guests and early risers to the mountain. From 2nd chefs to junior chefs, applicants should understand their abilities and the necessary criteria to meet one of the current positions before applying:

All of these positions commence in June and we require a committment until the end of September for the 2021 snow season.
