The operating procedure

Scrutineering - All carts will be checked to ensure they meet the rules, this will be done in the Village Square Mt Buller from 7am – 8.30 on race day. If you have concerns about your carts compliance these should be emailed to ScottE@busfleetaustralia.com.au before race day so they can be addressed prior to the event.

Practice – everyone will have a chance for a practice run over the course between 8.30 and 9.30

Racing – will start at 10 am, there will be up to 5 carts at a time, only entry’s from the same categories will race each other, there will be heats and a final. A team member is to hold s until the starter gun, there will be no pushing at the start (there will be helpers for carts that don’t get over the hump in the middle of the course).   The winner is the first across the line.
