Mt Buller is ready to take things to a new high this weekend with the Summit run and Summit chairlift set to open this Friday afternoon, unlocking stunning views and summit turns.

The addition of more intermediate terrain is timely for skiers and boarders eager to explore more of the mountain from this weekend and is possible thanks to a top up snowfall on Tuesday and a couple of solid nights of snowmaking this week.
“It’s a great feeling to be heading to the top of the mountain and accessing some of favourite runs for 2025 this weekend,” said Buller Ski Lifts General Manager Noel Landry. “The mountain operations team have been working with the weather and building the cover across the upper mountain and we’re all looking forward to taking in those views and skiing to Koflers Hutte.”

Koflers T-bar is slated to roll on Saturday morning and the Mt Buller Parks crew are building the Glider’s Park, with its own carpet, on the northside in readiness for a Saturday session. Spurs café will be open and with sunshine on the forecast it will be a great weekend for Glider’s laps and sunny après on the deck. Lift passes are just $126/day for adults and $76/day for kids.
Northside Express offers sightseeing rides and with the sunny conditions for the weekend will be a great experience for non-skiers to access the ski area for snow play in this sunny northern zone.
