RockWire has officially wrapped up another incredible season at Mt Buller, with hundreds of adventurous climbers taking on the thrilling via ferrata challenge over summer.
This season marked an exciting milestone with the opening of the second route, offering a new level of adventure for both returning climbers and first-timers looking to test their skills. Guests embraced the opportunity to clip in, scale the rugged alpine cliffs, and experience Buller from an entirely new perspective – with plenty of laughs, high-fives, and wide-eyed moments along the way.
The success of the season is a credit to the passionate RockWire guiding team, whose encouragement, expertise, and energy helped make every climb safe, welcoming, and unforgettable. Special thanks go to James Webb, the driving force behind RockWire, whose vision and passion continue to bring this unique alpine adventure to life.
With growing popularity and fantastic feedback from guests, RockWire has firmly cemented itself as a must-do summer experience at Mt Buller. Plans are already in motion for RockWire’s next season, continuing to offer people a thrilling new way to connect with the beauty of the mountains in summer.
The team extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who climbed with RockWire this summer and looks forward to welcoming even more adventurers back to the mountain in 2025.
