15 CMS OF FRESH SNOW FELL OVERNIGHT AND SNOW CONTINUES TO DUMP AT MT BULLER
Skiers and boarders have been revelling in deep and fresh snow on the slopes this morning while car drivers were getting plenty of shovelling practice with road clearing a priority in the snowy village this morning.
This huge delivery of fresh snow is great news for the resort and promises excellent conditions for skiers and boarders and a magical experience for snowplay and sightseeing this weekend.
Mt Buller is bracing for a big weekend and is encouraging guests to arrive early or consider coming later in the day and staying on to enjoy Twilight Sessions which continue until 8.30pm with skiing on Bourke Street and snowplay in the village on both Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5.30-8.30pm under lights.
With the heavy snowfalls wheel chains were being fitted to cars today and guests are encouraged to check the notifications and follow all directions for a safe and smooth journey or consider travelling by coach.
