THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced and motivated food and beverage staff who can perform under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional table service
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Operate across floor service, bar, and POS
• Running food and supporting service across all sections
• Deliver a positive and energetic customer experience
• Contribute to a team-focused and disciplined workplace

Experience in cash handling, coffee, and bar service is highly regarded.

You will be busy during the peak snow season — it is full-on and fast-paced — however, there are quieter periods where you can enjoy the lifestyle and facilities Mt Buller has to offer.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Mandatory: VIC or NSW RSA (valid through season)
• Mandatory: DoFoodSafely certificate (free online)
• Strong front of house and customer service experience
• Experience upselling menu items and specials
• Bar experience highly desirable
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and take direction
• Excellent communication skills
