THE ROLE

You will be responsible for running the pizza section during service, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and stretching pizza dough
• Managing pizza service during high-volume periods
• Maintaining consistency in product and presentation
• Working cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting the kitchen team during peak service

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where organisation and consistency are critical.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience as a pizza maker
• Ability to work quickly and maintain quality under pressure
• Understanding of dough handling and pizza preparation
• Strong time management and organisation
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Highly regarded:

• Experience in high-volume kitchens
• Conveyor oven experience
