The Opportunity:
As Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless guest experience while overseeing the daily operations of a busy, licensed venue. With a strong focus on service standards, team leadership, and operational excellence, you will set the benchmark on the floor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service in a high-volume venue catering for up to 200 guests
- Upholding and refining operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Driving team performance through clear leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Cultivating a professional, positive, and high-performing team culture
- Ensuring exceptional product knowledge across coffee, food, and beverages
- Maintaining composure and decisiveness in a dynamic service environment
About You:
You are a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for hospitality. You understand what great service looks like—and how to consistently deliver it through your team.
You will bring:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a comparable supervisory role
- A current Victorian RSA (essential)
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A hands-on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail
- A refined understanding of coffee, food, and beverage service
- Barista and/or cocktail experience (essential)
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
