Cattleman's Cafe is a popular and versatile venue in the heart of the village square and at the base of the Bourke St lift. Starting in the morning as a busy coffee spot to the ideal place for that afternoon session when the last lift closes.

We are looking for experienced baristas to join us for the 2024 snow season. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years working in a high volume cafe. Experience in working within a team will be highly regarded. As well as:

• Experience using a hospitality point of sale system - preferred.
• Current RSA certificate - required. If you do not currently hold a RSA you must be willing to obtain one. 
• Experience in dialling in machine, milk texturing & working at a fast pace is essential. 
• Completion of a Barista's course will be highly regarded. 
• Delivery of food & beverages in a professional and discreet manner.

• Exceptional grooming and presentation - essential.
• Attention to detail in a high pressure, fast paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of providing high levels of customer service.
• Be able to maintain a clean and organised work station.
• Be able to provide a warm, friendly & welcoming style of service.
