Mt Buller's favourite burger spot is looking for a Barista/ All Rounder to join the team for the 2026 Winter season. The Burger Haus is a fast paced, high volume burger shop that is popular with the locals and located in the heart of the village square.

Love coffee, fast-paced venues, and mountain life?

We’re on the hunt for experienced baristas to join our team for the 2026 snow season at Mount Buller. If you can handle a busy rush, pour great coffee, and bring good energy to the team — we want to hear from you. This is a mixture of barista and kitchen work role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making consistently great coffee in a high-volume venue
• Dialling in machines and smashing out smooth service during busy periods
• Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
• Working closely with a fun and hardworking team
• Helping keep the shop clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Working in the kitchen to prep ingredients, do dishes etc.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year experience in a busy hospitality venue
• Confident with:
• Dialling in espresso machines
• Milk texturing
• Fast-paced service
• POS and cash handling experience preferred
• Kitchen hand experience in required
• Barista course completion highly regarded
