BREAKFAST COOK - IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for a motivated Breakfast Cook with proven experience in a cafe environment able to work independently as well as within a friendly team environment, showing responsibility towards his duties and liaising with Head Chef.

Breakfast Chef Duties

• Cooking a-la carte breakfast for between 10-40 hotel guests depending on occupancy
• Preparing items for cold buffet such as fruit, cold cut, cheese platters and pastries.
• Preparing staff lunch salad bar and soup
• Preparing good home-style staff dinners
• Receiving stock deliveries

Job Essential Requirements

• Qualified and experienced with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a cafe environment
• Able to work effectively unsupervised
• Be an Early Bird happy to start every day at 6.30am six days per week without fail
• Able to communicate effectively & work in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
• Enthusiastic and willing to take on tasks allocated by our Head or Sous Chef
• Sound knowledge of kitchen safety requirements
• Available to start immediately and be available to end of September 2025 (dependant on snow conditions)
• Foreign nationals must have a valid working visa
