THE ROLE

As a kitchen hand or dishwasher, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
• Handling deliveries and restocking as required
• Supporting the team during busy service periods

This is a fast-paced, physically active role, especially during peak service.
