General Hospitality Staff

AJAX Ski Club is looking for a casual hospitality staff for the 2026 season. This role is to join a team to support the lodge manager and chef.

AJAX Ski Club offers premium accommodation (private rooms with en-suite) and extensive guest facilities. AJAX is a family friendly lodge that is renowned for its excellent cuisine. Accommodation includes a three-course dinner & cooked breakfast.

Job Description:

- Cleaning: Bedrooms, General Lodge areas, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathrooms & Toilets, and any other general tasks as required by Lodge Manager or Chef

- Food service to guest in dining room (breakfast & dinner)

- Support Chef during mealtimes

- General support for guests – e.g. answer questions about lodge arrangements, meal times, access to drying rooms etc.

- On duty 6 days per week

This is a great opportunity for a work in a friendly family environment and get in lots of skiing. There will be ample opportunity to ski & board during quite times. As most the work is catered around breakfast & dinner, there is plenty of free time during the day to experience the best Mt Buller has to offer.
