RockWire Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 “Voucher” means this product-specific gift voucher issued by RockWire which is redeemable only for the named RockWire experience described at the time of purchase.
1.2 “Experience” means the specific RockWire tour, activity or product identified in the Voucher.
1.3 “Voucher Holder” means the person who redeems the Voucher in accordance with these terms.
1.4 “Issuer”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means RockWire Mt Buller Pty Ltd (ACN 669 193 506), operating in Mount Buller, Victoria, Australia.

2. Voucher Validity
2.1 The Voucher is redeemable for the Experience only, and cannot be used for any other experience, product or service.
2.2 The Voucher is valid for redemption for three (3) years from the date of purchase (the “Expiry Date”), unless otherwise clearly stated at time of issue.

3. Fees
3.1 No activation, account-keeping, dormancy or other fees apply to the Voucher after purchase.
3.2 Booking or payment surcharges may apply but only if they apply equally to other customers paying by equivalent methods.

4. Transfer & Cash Redemption
4.1 The Voucher is transferable to another person by the Voucher Holder.
4.2 The Voucher is not redeemable for cash, whether in whole or in part.
4.3 Lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced unless required by law.

5. Booking & Redemption
5.1 Redemption of the Voucher is subject to availability, our standard booking conditions (including but not limited to minimum numbers, weather, safety, seasonality) and completion of required forms or waivers.
5.2 The Voucher must be presented at the time of booking or redemption in the form specified by us (for example, voucher code or email).

6. Bookings, Changes, Cancellations and Participant Requirements
6.1 All bookings made using a RockWire Gift Voucher are subject to the RockWire Terms & Conditions and Participant Waiver, available at:

6.2 These Terms and Waiver set out the full policies and requirements governing:
Booking and rescheduling procedures;
Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows;
Safety, fitness, health and age requirements;
Mandatory participant declarations and risk acknowledgements; and
Operator rights to refuse participation where conditions are not met.
6.3 By purchasing or redeeming a RockWire Gift Voucher, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with those Terms and the Participant Waiver.

7. Price Changes & Substitutions
7.1 The Voucher redeems against the Experience specified. If the price of that Experience increases after purchase, no surcharge applies when redeeming that Experience. If the price of that Experience decreases, choosing a lower-priced Experience, no refund of the difference is permitted.
