Geoff Achison & Blues Roulette
Saturday Blues in Moosehead Whisky & Blues Bar ft. Geoff Achison and Blues Roulette.
Spinning the wheel on yet another exceptional artist, we have singer / songwriter & guitar player Geoff Achison joining Blues Roulette for what will be a night of foot tapping blues-roots.
Geoff Achison was born on Phillip Island, the third of five siblings, and raised in the Victorian country town of Malmsbury. Geoff famously discovered a forgotten old guitar beneath the stairwell, his trumpet-playing father enthusiastically found him a guitar teacher. Vocally, Geoff has been compared favourably to the gruff voiced Joe Cocker, Warren Haynes and Paul Weller. An extraordinary guitarist who plays quite unlike anyone else, Geoff has been a driving force on the Australian blues/roots scene inspiring and influencing many of his younger compatriots.

Alongside James we have Blues Roulette the Melbourne institution who host events all over the country alongside a variety of performers.
You will find Blues Roulette up every Saturday this winter alongside some of Australia's best known blues artists.
