Summit view, fun singletrack on the south side of Baldy.
Take on this easy loop run that adds a very short climb to the Buller summit for big views. Start from the Clock Tower n the Village Square, run up Athlete's Walk, past Buller Grocer and later the ABOM Hotel and onto Summit Road. Continue up until you see the Arlberg Hotel on your left. To your right there is a pathway that leads to a wooden shelter where the trail begins. The trail sweeps around past the top of the Northside Express Chairlift and Burnt Hut Reservoir before heading for the Summit car park. Take the path up to the right to reach the Summit fire hut. From here it's a downhill run all the way home, veering right the path, below Koflers before running below a dam and descending across the southern side of Baldy. The trail will spit you out near Skyline, opposite the Arlberg Hotel, where you can then run back down the road to the Village Square.
