THE 2023 BULLER CREW COURSE NOW LIVE

Each year we continue to make improvements to the Buller Crew Course based on your feedback. It is important to familiarise yourself with the process of becoming a Buller Crew Member - even if you are a returning Crew Member - as much may have changed.

Once you have registered and paid for a Buller Crew Membership, you will need to complete the online Buller Crew course. Be sure to check out the Additional References from your profile which is full of useful downloadable content you can access throughout the season.

LIFT PASSES

• Mountain Staff Season Membership rate from Buller Ski Lifts
• 10% off the online rate for 1-day passes.
• Mountain Staff Season Memberships and Buller Crew Day passes can be purchased at the Village Ticket Office, or online here after collecting your Buller Crew Card (login required to see discounted products).

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The Buller Crew Program and all benefits involved are only available to;

• on-mountain businesses (and their employees) who are members of the Mt Buller Chamber of Commerce (MBCC), or
• staff working full-time (inc seasonal full-time) as on-mountain lodge managers for members of Mt Buller Ratepayers Association (MBRA), as the Buller Crew Program is an MBCC initiative. 

SO, WHAT NOW?

1. Follow the link below to register and pay for a Buller Crew Membership 
2. Once purchased, log in. If you were a Buller Crew Member last year, log in using the credentials you created last year. If you are new to the Buller Crew program, you will be sent an email with a link to create credentials. 
3. You will need to read through all information and complete all quizzes for the course to be marked as complete and to receive the Certificate of Completion
4. Progress will continue to be saved
5. Be sure to logout and login each time you access the Buller Crew course if you are using a shared device.
6. Once you have completed the Buller Crew course, you will be able to access and download your Certificate of Completion from the Achievements page on Your Profile.
7. Before you can redeem your Certificate of Completion for a Buller Crew card, you will need to make sure your employer has fully completed and sent through the Buller Crew Staff List as we will use this to verify and confirm your on mountain employment.
8. If there are any issues with verification, please speak with your employer
9. When you have received your Buller Crew card from Village Ticket Office, you will be given the option to purchase a discounted mountain staff season membership. You can choose to purchase this when collecting your Buller Crew card, or at a later date, it is totally up to you!
