Age limits for season memberships are determined by the membership holder's age as at 1 June 2019. If your child is aged 5 as at 1 June, 2019 and you wish them to have a season membership they will need to have a Kids Season Membership. Five or 6 year olds who will be exclusively skiing on Bunyips lift and lesson passes will not require a Season Membership, as those classes include a complimentary, free of charge lift pass for the day. However, skiing on days outside of the Bunyips classes will require a paid lift pass.

Mansfield and Mt Buller locals are encourages to purchase the Early Bird Season Membership, which offers better value for all guests.

Full payment is due at the time you purchase a Season Membership

You can pay for your membership on the eStore using a valid credit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Union Pay. We are not able to accept Diners Card) or "Snow Dough" stored value (if you have any loaded on your current eStore account). At the payment stage during checkout on the eStore, you will be asked to provide credit card details, or check the option to "Use Snow Dough" to make your payment. You can use a combination of Snow Dough and credit card payments in one transaction.

When you purchase your membership, you have the option to include the Season Membership Refund Protection Plan (RPP), which provides for full or partial refunds in certain circumstances, including an illness or injury that causes you to miss at least four weeks of the season. Otherwise, Season Memberships are non-refundable and Season Memberships (with or without SMRPP) cannot be transferred to another person or another season.

No. Once purchased memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or any future season.

No. To buy Season Memberships for your family members you must create a unique profile for each person and allocate the membership to them at the time of purchase. It is a quick process to "Add a family member" in the "My Account" section of your profile on the eStore. Once you select the membership you require in the eStore, you will be asked to allocate each membership to the relevant family member before you can complete your purchase.

Your Season Membership is your unlimited access to the lift network at Mt Buller all winter. The Ski & Snowboard School has 'lesson only' products available for all Adult lessons and full and half-day Buller Kids (7-14 yr olds) programs that you can buy separately (not available for Bunyips (3-6yr olds). Season Membership holders receive a 10% discount on Ski & Snowboard School group lessons and select private lessons (conditions apply. Not valid for crèche, Bunyips programs or seasonal programs).

You can nominate to have your Season Membership mailed to you in May prior to the season commencing, or, if you wish to collect it in resort you must bring a photo ID to pick it up. Previous season membership holders can choose to reload their B-TAG from last season, which will automatically activate their existing season membership B-TAG.

You can update your photo online in the eStore simply by clicking on "My Account" and editing your details. Ensure your updated photo is a clear passport style headshot with your face clearly shown, in a square format and within the file size and format guidelines. If you wish, our staff can take a photo of you in resort at the Saleyards ticket area during the season and update your profile for you.

No. For security, you must collect your own Season Membership in resort and present photo ID. Parents are able to collect memberships purchased on behalf of their children.

If it was a Season Membership B-TAG (with your photo printed on), then yes. Otherwise,no. If you are upgrading to a Season Membership and only held a regular B-TAG (i.e. a reloadable access pass) you will need to be issued with a new B-TAG. Season Membership B-TAGs are different to a regular B-TAG and will have your photo printed directly onto the membership.
