BUNYIPS 3-6 YEARS

Bunyips 3-6 Years Ski Program

The Bunyip Program is based Buller Kids Centre. Children love learning to ski in their own area, The Magic Forest, which features two magic carpets that make learning easy. The small classes give your child personal attention and encourage optimum progress.

Session Times

Morning registrations for the Bunyip programs commence 9:00am each morning and 1pm for the afternoon classes. We highly recommend you arrive early to allow plenty of time to purchase tickets and register.

AM: 9:30am - 12:00pm (2.5 hour lesson)
PM: 1:30pm - 4:00pm (2.5 hour lesson)

(Available from 19 June)

Please note:  Bunyip Group lessons will only be available for children from level 1 – 4. At times it may be necessary to merge some groups together.  Class lessons from level 5 – 8 will not operate during the 2021 winter season. Click here for more details about your lesson level.

Meeting Place

Bunyip registrations and sign in for the programs are on Level 2 of the Ski & Snowboard School (Enter via the Magic Forest) from 9am for our morning session & 1pm for afternoon classes.

Helmets

Helmets are compulsory for all children participating in lessons and are included free with Buller Sports rental packages. A bicycle or motorcycle helmet is not accredited, it must be a ski or board helmet.

Food Requirements & Anaphylactic Conditions

Please provide your own snacks  if your child has special food requirements or suffers from a severe anaphylactic condition. The Ski & Snowboard School may provide children with a warm drink and small snack. It should be noted that traces of nuts or other allergens may be present in foods.

Allergies and Medication

If your child requires medication, has an allergy, or is at risk of an anaphylactic reaction, please bring a copy of their Management Plan & the necessary medication.

All children diagnosed at risk of anaphylaxis or allergies must have an approved action plan signed by a doctor. Adrenaline kits must be signed into the Centre including the device, any prescribed antihistamine, a signed action plan and a permanent marker in a thermal bag secured to the child.

Please note: Failure to provide the Centre with a complete action plan signed by a doctor may result in your child being refused entry into the centre
