Right in the heart of Mansfield, with accommodation to match all your needs for the perfect family ski getaway, group function, conference, and anything in between. This is the perfect Winter lodge or summer getaway to set up a base when traveling to Mt Buller and surrounding areas including Bonnie Doon.
The grand old building that was Lady of Mercy Convent is one of the resort's unique and charming features. It houses our reception, function, and dining areas as well as our beautiful 3-bedroom apartments. Whether it’s a traditional suite or a sleek modern studio, you’ll find all rooms spacious and tastefully designed for your traveling group.
Unwind in the indoor heated pool, spa or sauna. Catch up on a movie or prepare a family meal together in the kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens.
This is a major upgrade from all other motels and accommodation in the area!

POOL/SPA AREA
GLASS CANNOT be taken into this area and we provide each room with plastic disposable glasses for use in this area. Poolside furniture MUST NOT BE REMOVED from the pool area.
ROOM SERVICE
No Cleaning Service for less than 2 nights stay. Should you be staying with us for 3 or more nights we will provide a change of towels, replenish amenities such as tea & coffee and remove the rubbish.
If you require fresh towels, toiletries, amenities, and bin liners are provided at reception during the opening hours.
POOL TOWELS Available for use, please locate the basket in the pool area.
White bath towels are for room use only.
TENNIS COURTS
Available to all guests from 8 am – 9 pm. Tennis racquets and balls are for hire (a $10 deposit is required).

Next to room 154 behind Spa & Sauna.
NOISE LEVELS
To ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay please respect others and keep noise levels down to a minimum particularly after 9 pm and before 9 am.
SMOKING All rooms are NON SMOKING.
Failure to comply will result in a deodorizing/cleaning fee of $450.00.
BIKES & SCOOTERS
Bikes and scooters are to remain off the footpaths. If you need to store your bike, please advise the reception staff.
