1. Competition Schedule

Eligible States and Territories
New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Northern Territory are not eligible.

Promotion Period
The Promotion commences when first advertised or published by the Promoter and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.

Qualifying Purchase Period
12.01am AEST on 31 August 2026 to 11.59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.

Eligible Season Memberships purchased during the Qualifying Purchase Period before the Promotion was first advertised remain eligible.

Draw
10.00am AEST on Friday, 2 October 2026 at 384–388 Albert Street, East Melbourne VIC 3002.

Prize Claim Deadline
5.00pm AEDT on Friday, 23 October 2026.

Unclaimed Prize Draw
10.00am AEDT on Monday, 2 November 2026 at Buller Ski Lifts Pty Ltd, 384–388 Albert Street, East Melbourne VIC 3002.

This Competition Schedule forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Automatic Entry

2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who ordinarily reside in an Eligible State or Territory and purchase and pay for at least one eligible 2027 Mt Buller Season Membership during the Qualifying Purchase Period (“Eligible Season Membership”).

2.2. Under 5 and 70+ Season Membership products are excluded.

2.3. Entry is automatic. No entry form, registration, application or competition opt-in is required.

2.4. Each eligible purchaser will receive one entry only, regardless of the number of Eligible Season Memberships purchased or the number of transactions made.

2.5. The entrant is the individual who purchased and paid for the Eligible Season Membership, as identified by the Promoter's customer, payment and transaction records, and not necessarily the person in whose name the Season Membership is issued.

2.6. Optional upgrades, add-ons, B-TAG charges, transaction fees and other goods or services do not generate an entry.

2.7. An Eligible Season Membership purchased during the Qualifying Purchase Period before the Promotion was first advertised remains eligible. Entrants are not required to have had prior knowledge of the Promotion when making their purchase.

2.8. Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies directly associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to participate.

2.9. An entry may be deemed invalid if the associated qualifying purchase is cancelled, reversed, charged back or fully refunded before the draw, except where required by law.

2.10. This Promotion is valid only for the purchase of 2027 Mt Buller Early Bird Season Memberships listed on the Mt Buller website and excludes Buller Crew memberships, coloured passes and any other discounted, complimentary, staff, industry or alternative membership products not expressly listed as eligible.

3. Draw and Winners

3.1. Winners will be determined by random draw at the date, time and location specified in the Competition Schedule. Skill plays no part in determining the winners and each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.

3.2. The first valid entry drawn will win the Grand Prize. The next nine valid entries drawn will each win one Secondary Prize.

3.3. Each entrant may win a maximum of one of the ten prizes available.

3.4. The Promoter may draw reserve entries in case a provisional winner is subsequently found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid.

3.5. Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact details held by the Promoter.

3.6. Winners' names will be published on the Mt Buller website on or before 9 October 2026 and will remain published for at least 28 days. Winner details will also be published elsewhere where required by applicable law.

4. Grand Prize

4.1. There is one Grand Prize with a maximum retail value of AUD $2,479, comprising:

(a) one pair of 2026 HEAD e-Titan SW BB-PR skis with PRD 12 bindings, valued at AUD $1,599; and

(b) the winner's choice of either:

(i) reimbursement of the purchase price paid for one Eligible Season Membership, up to a maximum of AUD $1,079; or

(ii) AUD $1,000 promotional Snow Dough.

4.2. If the winner chooses the Season Membership reimbursement and purchased more than one Eligible Season Membership during the Qualifying Purchase Period, they may nominate which one membership is reimbursed, including the highest-value eligible Season Membership purchased.

4.3. Only one Season Membership may be reimbursed. The reimbursement is limited to the actual amount paid for that membership, up to AUD $1,079, and excludes B-TAG charges, upgrades, add-ons, insurances, transaction fees and other goods or services.

4.4. Receiving the reimbursement will not cancel, invalidate or otherwise affect the relevant 2027 Mt Buller Season Membership.

4.5. The reimbursement will be paid by electronic funds transfer or another payment method permitted by law and agreed to by the Promoter.

4.6. If the winner chooses Snow Dough, AUD $1,000 Snow Dough will be credited to an eligible B-TAG nominated by the winner and will be subject to the applicable Mt Buller Snow Dough terms and conditions. Promotional Snow Dough cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.7. The winner must choose either the Season Membership reimbursement or Snow Dough and cannot receive or combine both.

5. HEAD Ski Prize Conditions

5.1. The HEAD ski prize is the specific pair of 2026 HEAD e-Titan SW BB-PR skis with PRD 12 bindings allocated to this Promotion.

5.2. The winner cannot select an alternative model, length, binding, colour, specification or other HEAD product.

5.3. The skis are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, Snow Dough, credit or another product, except where required by law.

6. Secondary Prizes

6.1. There are nine Secondary Prizes, each comprising one pair of Oakley goggles valued between AUD $306 - $528.

6.2. The combined maximum value of the Secondary Prizes is AUD $4,320.

6.3. The model, style, colour and lens supplied will be determined by the Promoter from the prize stock allocated to the Promotion.

6.4. Secondary Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, Snow Dough, credit or another product, except where required by law.

7. Prize Pool and Fulfilment

7.1. The maximum total retail value of all prizes is AUD $6,998, comprising the Grand Prize valued at up to AUD $2,678 and nine Secondary Prizes with a combined value of AUD $4,320.

7.2. Prize values are stated in Australian dollars and are based on the retail value determined by the Promoter at the commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for subsequent variations in prize value.

7.3. Physical prizes will ordinarily be collected by appointment from:

7.4. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving a prize.

7.5. Except where expressly included in the prize or required by law, costs associated with possessing or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

8.1. Winners must claim their prize and complete any reasonably required verification by the Prize Claim Deadline.

8.2. If a winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, has an invalid entry or fails to claim their prize by the Prize Claim Deadline, the relevant prize may be included in the Unclaimed Prize Draw, subject to applicable law.

8.3. Replacement winners will be randomly drawn from the remaining valid entries and will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.

8.4. Replacement winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and their names published on the Mt Buller website on or before 9 November 2026 and for at least 28 days where required by law.

9. Verification, Changes and Prize Availability

9.1. The Promoter may verify the identity, age, residential address, purchase and eligibility of any entrant or winner and may disqualify an entrant who provides false or misleading information, improperly obtains more than one entry, tampers with the Promotion or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. Where the same individual has been allocated multiple entries due to separate transactions, accounts or contact details, the Promoter may consolidate those records into one entry.

9.3. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval or winner consent.

9.4. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as intended due to fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, emergency or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.

10. Liability and Consumer Rights

10.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.

10.2. Subject to clause 10.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, cost, expense or injury arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of a prize.

10.3. The Promoter is not responsible for failures of telecommunications networks, websites, customer databases, payment systems or other technology which result in an eligible purchase or entry not being recorded correctly, provided the Promoter will act reasonably when considering satisfactory evidence of an eligible purchase.

11. Privacy

11.1. The Promoter will use personal information already held in connection with Season Membership purchases and customer records to identify eligible entrants, administer the Promotion, conduct the draw, contact and verify winners, fulfil prizes and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

11.2. Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's related bodies corporate, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with law.

11.3. Automatic participation in the Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications beyond any consent separately provided by the entrant.

11.4. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Mt Buller website.

12. General

12.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the conduct and administration of the Promotion. An Eligible Entrant is not required to have viewed or accepted these Terms and Conditions before making an eligible purchase in order to be automatically included in the Promotion.

12.2. By claiming or accepting a prize, a winner agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions insofar as they relate to verification, prize acceptance, fulfilment and use.

12.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.

12.4. References to “$” or “AUD” are to Australian dollars. References to time are to Melbourne, Victoria local time, being AEST or AEDT as applicable.

12.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to the mandatory application of any applicable law in another Eligible State or Territory.
