We do not offer snowboard lessons for children under 7 years of age.
Young children learning to snowboard requires a large amount of individual attention and is best suited to be delivered by a private lesson.
Private lessons provide an ideal learning environment and one-on-one attention that young children require for maximum value.
-
If you are running late, you can reschedule any unused product for a $10 fee per lesson to move to the next available lesson. If you are running late and want to reschedule, call 1800 BULLER.
We cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to enter the lesson after the start time, please visit the ski school as soon as you arrive to determine whether you can be added to a lesson late or need to be rescheduled. There are unfortunately no lesson extensions for late comers.
If you miss your lesson you will not be entitled to a refund or credit. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more detail.

Age limits in group lessons are strictly monitored to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children in the lesson. Our age brackets are designed to enhance the alpine lesson experience for all participants.
Bunyips goes all the way to Level 8 (the same as Buller Kids), with the supervision ratios and bathroom needs of the children much higher.
Buller Kids has higher ratios of Instructor to child. By ensuring that all children have begun formal schooling, we create an environment suited to learners who are accustomed to higher student to instructor ratios. This structure also acknowledges the needs of the older 13 and 14 year old participants, by ensuring students are similarly confident and ready to progress with greater independence and a higher instructor to student ratio.
