Disabled Wintersport Australia

Disabled Wintersport Australia (DWA) is the National Sporting Organisation body responsible for adaptive winter sport in Australia. The mission of DWA is to "promote and foster advancement of participation of people with disability in winter sports in Australia, with safety and dignity."

Mt Buller offers discounted Season Memberships to Disabled Wintersport Australia members. Please bring proof of your DWA membership to the Village Ticket Office once the season begins or email tickets@skibuller.com.au

DWA members are also entitled to 50% off the single day ticket rate when in resort. Their current carer/companions are also able to utilise this discount when assisting the DWA member on the slopes on the day. Please pick these up in resort by producing the DWA membership (and companion card when required).

DWA members are provided with a variety of services, including subsidised use of adaptive snowsports equipment (subject to availability), assistance from volunteer adaptive snowsports guides (subject to availability), concessions on lift tickets, adaptive snowsports lesson, and equipment hire prices.

2024 DWA Season membership pricing

DWA has exclusive access to a dedicated team of volunteer adaptive snowsport guides. DWA provides rigorous and specialised training to volunteers who wish to be an adaptive snowsports guide. Further information can be found here.
