Mogul Ski World Victorian Interschools Snowsports Championships 2026

The Victorian Interschools SnowSport Championships return to Mt Buller, bringing students from schools across Victoria together for four days of competition on snow. First staged here in 1958, Interschools has grown from eight competitors to one of Victoria’s largest school sporting events, with athletes competing across nine disciplines.
Celebrate with the opening ceremony where schools parade the Village Square and then fireworks on Monday night.

Interschools has been part of winter at Mt Buller since 1958, when Melbourne Grammar School and Scotch College first competed in an Alpine Giant Slalom. Today, more than 230 schools take part each year, with close to 6,500 entries across the event.
Competition includes Alpine Giant Slalom, Snowboard Giant Slalom, Snowboard Cross, Ski Cross, Moguls, Cross Country Classical, Cross Country Freestyle Relay, Slopestyle Ski and Slopestyle Snowboard.
The 2026 program has been extended to accommodate growing participation across all age groups, beginning with the youngest athletes in Division 6.
