CHEFS/COOKS WANTED - SUMMER SEASON

Kooroora Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Chefs & Cooks to join our team for the upcoming Summer Season at Mt Buller.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment, takes pride in their food and can work well as part of a team.

About the role:

• Preparing quality pub style food and seasonal dishes
• Working alongside an experienced kitchen and hospitality team
• Opportunity for further seasonal work
• Flexible working hours

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous commercial kitchen experience
• Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure
• Has a passion for good food and presentation
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Holds relevant food safety qualifications
• Has a positive and flexible attitude
