Where we handle health information in Victoria, we also comply with the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), where applicable. This policy describes how we manage personal information in accordance with those laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information-handling practices, services, technology or legal obligations. The current version will be published on our website and will show its effective date. Updated versions of this policy can also be obtained by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Footage may be streamed on our website, other 3rd party websites, or social media channels. The cameras do not monitor private spaces. By entering public areas of Mt Buller, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in our live or recorded footage.
