what you need to know

   Resort entry fees are charged per person travelling on a coach or vehicle with 10 or more seats 

   If you know license plate for the vehicle you’re travelling in, you can purchase your resort entry permit online and pre-print your entry dashboard pass - no need to stop at the entry gate.

  Resort entry permits can be pre-purchased online up to midnight before day of arrival, or upon arrival at the Mirimbah entry gate.

  All vehicles entering the resort must be carrying wheel chains.

When you arrive - COACHES AND TOUR GROUPS

  Wheel chains must always be carried.

Parking is available at the Horse Hill bus precinct, approximately 1.5kms below the Mt Buller Village.

Passengers on a day trip can catch the free shuttle bus to access the Mt Buller Village or, hop on the Northside express chairlift for direct access to the ski slopes. 

Passengers staying overnight will need to purchase ride share or private transfers to transport them directly from the bus park to their accommodation.

Coaches (with more than 27 seats) may be able to access the Village Transit Hub in the Mt Buller Village for 15 minutes drop off, dependent on availability of bus bays. Additional fees apply. Coaches are not permitted to drive around the Village.

Before you arrive - coaches and tour groups

• Complete a bus manifest, manifests can be emailed to resortentry@mtbuller.com.au prior to arrival, with details of registration, number of passengers, drivers name, mobile and Alpine Hazardous licence number. For Vicroads regulations regarding Bus entry to Alpine Resorts please visit the Vicroads website regarding bus travel in a hazardous area.
• If you do not know the vehicle registration or are unable to print your dashboard pass you must stop at the Resort Entry Gate -Dashboard passes must be displayed and the pass must match the vehicle licence plate.
