About the event
Mt Buller Chamber Music Summer School 2023
The Mt Buller Chamber Music Summer School runs each January in the Mount Buller village. This residential school caters for up to 12 chamber string groups, composed mainly of string players.
Each year the summer school presents two extremely popular free chamber music concerts in the Alpine Chapel.
Friday 20 January, 8.30 pm "Merlin Ensemble and Friends"
A concert by professional tutors at the summer school.

Caroline Henbest - viola,

Molly Kadaurach - cello
With several works to include:
A delightful Boccherini Quintet no 4, in F minor G457 and the magnificent Brahms Sextet no 1, in Bb Op 18.
Saturday 21 January, 3.00 pm - CMSS Student Concert
Summer School Student concert, presenting a rich variety of trios, quartets, and quintets for strings. This is a promenade concert, and people may come and go as they wish. The Summer School welcomes family groups to this concert.
