The fourth annual Australian Mountain Bike Summit is not to be missed in 2017. This year the team from Mt Buller has partnered with Flow Mountain Bike to bring you a revamped program full of speakers designed around the theme Collaborate, Educate, Proliferate.
The two-day program features Australian and international speakers covering a range of topics, plus networking opportunities and scheduled rides on Mt Buller’s world-class trails.
This year’s speakers include:

Bringing together the latest trends in the industry plus feedback from previous delegates, a huge program is planned with a range of keynote addresses and workshops to appeal to all facets of the mountain bike industry. Topics that will be covered include:
- Public/private partnerships
- Working with tourism boards to achieve successful events
- How to get mountain bikers to contribute to the sport’s proliferation
- The bike industry’s role in trail advocacy
- Getting mountain bikers working together
- Running a successful school mountain bike program
- Would you like a lesson with that? What the MTB industry can learn from the ski industry.
Cost and Registration
Standard registration for the Australian Mountain Bike Summit is $499 (inc GST) per person + booking fee. Awesome value, your Summit registration includes:
- Two days of conference presentations and workshop sessions
- Three guided/facilitated rides plus shuttles for gravity rides (suitable for all level of riders)
- Meals and drinks – including all Summit morning teas and lunches, official Summit Dinner, BBQ and drinks after the Delatite River Trail ride on day two plus drinks at the welcome function (two meals are at delegate’s expense - the optional welcome and close-out dinners).
