2026 Snow Season Crew Members – Mount Buller

We’re looking for energetic and reliable crew members to join our team for the 2026 snow season at Mount Buller.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while enjoying everything the mountain has to offer.

About the Role

We’re seeking team members who thrive in busy venues and enjoy delivering great customer experiences. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, particularly in high-volume food service environments.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in hospitality or food service
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Hospitality POS system experience (preferred)
• Cash handling experience
• Kitchen hand experience highly regarded
• Basic food handling and cleaning skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Confident communicating with customers and team members
