Baristas

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled baristas to join our team for the 2026 winter season at Mount Buller. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment that prides itself on delivering a refined and consistent guest experience in one of Australia’s premier alpine destinations.

The Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality coffee with precision and consistency, while delivering attentive and professional service in a dynamic, team-driven setting.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume café environment
• Advanced skills in espresso extraction, dialling in, and milk texturing
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure without compromising quality
• Experience working collaboratively within a professional team
• Proficiency with hospitality POS systems (preferred)
• Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Formal barista training (highly regarded)
