The Front Bar is a lively spot in the heart of Mount Buller, serving tradies, mountain bike riders, and skiers year-round. We’re known for great drinks, hearty food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender with Waitering Skills to join our energetic team. You’ll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with restocking and general venue duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a bartender and waitstaff (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Knowledge of basic cocktails and drink preparation
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Availability for weekends and peak seasonal periods
• RSA Certificate required
