Rental & Retail Sales Assistant

Customer service legend that can assist with rental & retail.

• Access to top of the line skis & snowboards to try
• On mountain accomodation
• Ride breaks during shift

Black Mountain Equipment is located in the Village Square Plaza just off the bus depot.

Accommodation is a 5-minute walk away with easy access to work & the village.

• Ideally, you've got some experience in the snow, but if you're a newbie, don't sweat it. We'll train you.
• Customer service is cruicial as this is a person facing role. Clear communication with all walks of life is important.
• The ability to remain cool, calm & collected. It can get a little crazy when busy so being patient & able to work well with a lot going on is a must. This includes with your fellow crew members as well!
• Availability to work on a rotating roster on weekdays, weekends & public holidays.

Please advise of any experience with snow related activities.

*Worked in an alpine setting (either in rentals or other), socially ski/snowboard etc, or if it is your first time seeing snow.
