Mt Buller is Australia's closest snow resort to an international airport, just 3 hours drive from Melbourne airport, or Melbourne CBD.
There are a range of options for getting to Mt Buller, that ensure you are on the slopes in no time.

If you're visiting for the day, choose from the following two options -
1. From the on mountain carparks (approx 15km past Resort Entry, up the Mt Buller Road), you can hop on a free shuttle bus into the Mt Buller Village.
2. Skiers and snowboarders can hit the slopes by riding directly to snow fields on the the Northside Express Chairlift which departs from the Horse Hill car park.

It’s easy to drive to Mt Buller. There are different requirements for DAY and OVERNIGHT visitors so have read through to get all the info you need.
If you’re staying overnight you’ll need to take a ride share to and from your accommodation - book online now.
Purchase your resort entry, parking and ride share tickets online before you arrive to save time and money.
Coaches are a practical transport option to the snow, and provide great value.
Guests can fly into Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and transfer to Mt Buller by coach, or avoid the road altogether and arrive by helicopter.
