What you need to know

Resort entry fees are charged per person travelling on a coach or vehicle with 10 or more seats 

If you know the license plate for the vehicle your group is travelling in, you can purchase your resort entry permit online and pre-print your entry dashboard pass - no need to stop at the entry gate.

Resort entry permits can be pre-purchased online up to midnight before day of arrival, or upon arrival at the Mirimbah entry gate.

All vehicles entering the resort must be carrying wheel chains.

BEFORE ARRIVING

Tour groups

• Complete a bus manifest. Manifests can be emailed to resortentry.mtbuller@alpineresorts.vic.gov.au prior to arrival. 

  (Please include Registration, driver information, and Hazardous Area Authority details)

• If you do not know the vehicle registration or are unable to print your dashboard pass you must stop at the Resort Entry Gate

• Dashboard passes must be displayed and the pass must match the vehicle licence plate.

SCHOOL GROUPS

• Book Resort Entry online or contact Buller Holidays for your School Bookings

• School groups may be able to access the Village Transit Hub to drop off or pick up if requested in advance. Please see Mt Buller School Bus Village Access for more information.

ARRIVING

SCHOOLS & TOUR GROUPS

• Parking is available at the Horse Hill bus precinct, approximately 1.5kms below the Mt Buller Village.

• Passengers on a day trip can catch the Carpark Shuttle Bus to access the Mt Buller Village or, hop on the Northside express chairlift for direct access to the ski slopes when snow cover permits. 

• Passengers staying overnight will need to purchase a Ride Share or private transfers to transport them directly from the bus park to their accommodation.

Coaches (with more than 27 seats) may be able to access the Village Transit Hub for a 15-minute drop off, dependent on availability of bus bays. Additional fees apply. Coaches are not permitted to drive around the Village.
